Ms. Alinea's areas of practice include labor and litigation, specializing in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

Ms. Alinea is a known expert and lecturer in the field of arbitration law. She is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). She is also an accredited arbitrator of the PDRCI, Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPO) and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).

Ms. Alinea also heads two of the firm's specialized practice groups, Intellectual Property and Immigration.

Before joining the Firm in 2009, Ms. Alinea was a partner at Quisumbing and Torres (Baker & McKenzie).

Ms. Alinea is a member of the Order of the Purple Feather, the honor society of the University of the Philippines College of Law.
